No. I am a fee-free agency. There is no cost to work with me for trip planning. I earn commission from the trusted hotels, tour operators, and suppliers I book on your behalf. These partners pay me directly for my services, which means working with me does not cost you more than booking on your own.
DO YOU CHARGE ANY PLANNING FEES?
I am always available to step in if something goes wrong during your trip — this is one of the biggest benefits of working with a travel advisor. Depending on your destination, you may also have access to local emergency contacts in your time zone who can assist immediately if needed.
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT DO YOU PROVIDE WHILE I’M TRAVELING?
It’s important to have realistic expectations around travel costs, especially for high-quality hotels, private experiences, and peak-season travel. I cannot create five-star experiences at prices that don’t exist. Trust is also key. Every proposal is designed specifically for you — based on how you want your trip to feel, not a generic template. The more information you share about your interests, preferences, and priorities, the better I can design an itinerary that truly aligns with what you’re looking for.
WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE WORKING WITH YOU?
Yes — I’m happy to help with changes whenever possible. All changes are subject to availability, and once final payment deadlines have passed, supplier change fees may apply. The earlier you let me know about requested changes, the more flexibility we typically have.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES AFTER MY TRIP IS BOOKED?
Ideally, six months or more before your desired travel dates. Planning further in advance allows for the best selection of hotels, guides, and experiences. While closer-in trips can sometimes be arranged, availability becomes more limited the closer you get to departure.
